The beautiful villa Tomasina is located in the typical Andalusian area of Las Lomas de Frigiliana. This neighborhood is located between Nerja and Frigiliana and is very easy to reach. From the house you have great views to the mountains and sea. The house itself has 2 floors, you enter on the living floor. Here you will find a bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower and sink, the kitchen, lounge and the beautiful spacious connecting terraces.
The kitchen is equipped with all conveniences, such as microwave, dishwasher, oven, hob, large refrigerator and of course plates, glasses and cutlery.
In the spacious saloon you will find a dining area with 6 chairs, a very comfortable sofa and chair. Of course there is also a television. For the winter there is a cosy fireplace, but the normal heating is via the air conditioning.
You go down the stairs and there you will find the bedroom floor. Here is a large bathroom with walk-in shower. There are 3 bedrooms, of which the master bedroom has a double bed and the other 2 rooms each have 2 single beds.
All rooms open onto the pool terrace. Here you will find 6 comfortable sunbeds. Around the pool is a nice garden, which includes a lemon tree and an orange tree.
The large terrace on the living floor is equipped with 4 very luxurious lounge chairs to stare at the sea for many hours while enjoying a drink. There is also a cozy dining area and not to forget the large luxury gas barbecue.
There is parking space at the house for 1 car.
