The accommodation for 4 people of 90 m2 has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a sofa bed, air conditioning/heating, alarm system, fiber optic internet with free WIFI and a smart TV with a.o. Dutch, Belgian, German and English channels. There is also access to the communal swimming pool with showers, toilet and a toddler/baby bath (available from 1 May to 31 October).

The apartment has a covered outdoor terrace of over 20 m2 with electrically operated shutters and blinds. From this terrace you have both mountain and sea views. It is located about 40 minutes by car from Malaga airport. The apartment is equipped with an elevator with which you can go to your own private parking in the parking basement. Here you will also find the storage room with beach chairs and umbrellas.

From the apartment you can walk to the Mediterranean Sea in 5 minutes and to the promenade of both Torrox-Costa and El Morche in 10 minutes. Here you will find several restaurants and bars right on the beach. You will also find a small supermarket in the immediate vicinity. The large supermarket is about 2 km from the apartment.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of writtencancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.

Additional information

The tourist attractions of Malaga, Nerja, Frigiliana and Granada with the Alhambra and the Siera Nevada can be reached within an hour by car. Rhonda, Seville, Cordoba and Marbella are also easily accessible for a day trip.

For sporty holidaymakers, there are various walking routes and hikes in the immediate vicinity. Both easy paths and more strenuous mountain hikes. The Canillas de Aceituno is highly recommended as well as the Rio Chillar - Los Cahorros Water Trail.

On the promenade of Torrox Costa and El Morche you will find a variety of restaurants, chiringuitos, tapas and cocktail bars. Here you can enjoy the sun and the Spanish hospitality. Recommended are restaurant La Farola, at Fleur and La Pataleta. Chiringuito Mambo and Safari cocktail bar.
