Just a 5-minute walk from the Atlantic Ocean and the wide white sandy beach of Playa Roche, bordered by green hills and pine trees, stands this beautiful and recently renovated villa of 300m2 in Roche (Andalusia, Cadiz). This spacious, bright and stylishly furnished villa, with no less than five bedrooms and three bathrooms, is suitable for families and groups of up to 10 people.

The house has a lovely veranda with a dining table for 12 people and a very large adjoining terrace with lounge set. On this terrace you can enjoy a view of a beautiful spacious garden with fruit and pine trees and a private swimming pool (10x4m). Your accommodation is located in a child-friendly neighborhood, only a 5-minute walk from the beach, close to a golf course and a supermarket as well as the old and cozy coastal town of Conil de la Frontera. A 30-minute drive away you can visit the historic city of Cadiz, the oldest city in Europe. The city is also called 'Habanita', 'little Havana', because the center resembles the capital of Cuba. A special city, where you can relax on the beach, eat in cozy restaurants, shop and soak up culture. This historic city is therefore definitely worth a visit. 

The villa is easily accessible via the airport in Jerez, Seville or Malaga. Casa Florarlouz is fully equipped. You have access to air conditioning, outdoor barbeque, internet, outdoor parking and a private swimming pool. In the house there is a television, a table tennis table and bed linen for 10 people. The open kitchen with bar is equipped with a dining table, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, juicer, crockery/cutlery (12 people) and kitchen utensils. In Roche itself there is a children's play area, a tennis court, a padel court and tree climbing and adventure park, as well as a small supermarket, a pharmacy, a hairdresser and restaurants.
