Our house on 3 sides detached, offers great privacy. The balcony is on the short side. On the long back of the house is a lawn and are five palm trees. Furthermore, a plank with lounge area and a wonderful outdoor table with a view of hills and fields.
On the roof a wonderful view over the La Concha mountain on one side, and the sea (1.5 km from home) on the other side.
Living room with a view of dining table. 3 sets of lights with dimmer, for an atmospheric lighting. The above table lamps give the evening a special effect on the walls. Paintings in the house are hand painted by artists.
Accessories on the table
The house is bright and modern with designer furniture. The ground floor offers three doors to the terrace for a wonderful indoor-outdoor experience. This is the dining table inside overlooking the seating area.
The effect of a minimalist painting and design lamps
This is the sitting area, with low beam and floor lamps create a cozy atmosphere and two large sliding doors to the terrace. The TV receives all Dutch channels.

The balcony room! Decorated with white, wood ocher and soft gray. 2 sliding doors to the balcony. This room has an en suite bathroom with bath / shower, wc, bidet and washbasin. The beds are luxurious and the mattress size is 160x200

The park is very well maintained and with a lot of green
The 2nd pool with sun beds on the urbanization. As quiet as the other bath and well maintained by two hardworking brothers / gardeners who daily take care of the maintenance of the whole park.
in 2016 the open gate was replaced by a closed gate, which gives the garden even more privacy

This is the (free) overlooking the back garden. No rear neighbors, and the entire length of the building patio, lawn and palm trees.

In total, four large lounge chairs. A lovely place to have breakfast or evening to end the day. In the background La Concha, the mountain that gives the wonderful microclimate in Marbella.
Sunset on the beautiful boulevard of Marbella, made around 6 o'clock in the evening. You are going to absolutely enjoy this!
The kitchen was completely renovated in May 2025.
May 2025 - new kitchen with water purifier tap! No more lugging plastic barrels of water. Now 99.9% clean drinking water straight from the tap.
May 2025 - Terrace completely renewed, raised and extended. Lovely sunny place to enjoy the sunset. In the morning it is wonderful to have breakfast there, then there is coolness and shade.
