The attractive living room is, just like the bedroom and the study, equipped with separately controlled air conditioning.
On the upper terrace there is a sea view. Great to start your day here with a cup of coffee, sunbathe on one of the two sunbeds or end the day with a spectacular sunset.
Ground floor bedroom Kingsize bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), including ceiling fan, air conditioning, wardrobe and large mirror. Fitted with shutters and mosquito nets.

La Tierra Sur Beach House Malaga El Palo is a beautifully restored authentic fisherman's house from 1948 and is located in a quiet pedestrian street.
This house is also very suitable for a longer stay. We have a separate lockable office on the ground floor, equipped with a table, office chair and armchair. There is another workplace on the 1st floor. This makes it extremely suitable for 'working from home' or a 'workaction' from sunny Malaga.
Nice to have a separate office to work. Super fast WiFi makes it easy to 'work from home' or hold a 'workaction' in Malaga.

We have both Dutch and English travel guides that can be used by the guests. In addition, there is also an extensive information guide with our own (eating) tips.
You cook on induction. Or you can enjoy a nice meal in one of the many eateries in the area ;-).
In the living room we have a smart TV and an Amazon Prime Video subscription where you can watch (free) movies and series. If you have a Netflix account yourself, you can log in to it via this TV.
Vacation means convenience! That's why we obviously have a dishwasher. For those who prefer to wash dishes by hand, we also have a dish drainer ;-).
There are many wonderful restaurants nearby. But also in the house you can enjoy delicious food on the terrace.
The windows in the bedrooms are fitted with mosquito nets.
In the cupboard under the stairs you will find things such as a drying rack, vacuum cleaner, cleaning supplies and an iron.

Our beach cart is ready for the guests. Easy to take the chairs, cool box, umbrellas and other items that are available. The beach of El Palo is only a 1.5 minute walk from the house!

We rent out two sturdy Dutch city bikes. Ask for the possibilities. Ideal for cycling to the center of Malaga or exploring the east side of El Palo.
The little ones have also been thought of. We have a cot and high chair available on request. Children's plates and cutlery are also provided.
We are also happy to contribute to a better environment with separated waste.
In the kitchen is the washing machine with built-in dryer. The laundry dries even faster on the roof terrace where a washing line can be found.
The house is located in a car-free street with similar low-rise houses.

There are two Dutch, one English and one Spanish guide of Malaga available in the apartment. If you wish, you can use these during your stay with us.
A city trip also requires moments of relaxation. That is possible on our terrace. With an adjustable large sunshade for the hot days.
You can also enjoy our terrace in the evening. With both mood lighting and a slightly brighter lamp for a game or reading.
Nothing is as good as a drink on the terrace after a day of shopping or at the beach.
The bougainvillea is my favorite flower/shrub. We try to let it grow on our terrace.
Malaga is famous for its 'espetos', fresh sardines, grilled over an open fire. This painting was made by a local artist.
For our smallest guests we have a cot and high chair. The bed fits in the colored bathroom.
For our youngest guests we have a high chair and cot available (for a fee).
We have a free underground parking space for our guests. This parking space is suitable for small or compact cars.
Our apartment is located 'interior' as they call it in Spain. This means that the windows are not on the side of the street. So nice and quiet!
In addition to the apartment, we also have a beach house east of Malaga for rent.
