Each apartment has its own parking space and there is a shared swimming pool with a separate children's pool.

Home
The apartment has a spacious living room with an open kitchen that is fully equipped. The master bedroom has a king-size bed (180x200) and an adjoining bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 separate box springs (90x200), which can also be pushed together to make a king-size bed and this bedroom also has its own bathroom. From the spacious terrace with luxurious lounge set and dining area you can enjoy the great view over the valley and the golf courses.

La Cala Resort
The apartment is located on the La Cala Resort, a golf mecca in the heart of the Costa del Sol, situated at the foot of the Sierra de Mijas just 25 minutes drive from Malaga airport. It has three 18-hole golf courses, a driving range with golf academy, a leading Hydrotherapy Health Spa, four restaurants, several bars, tennis courts, padel courts and a riding school.

Environment
Nestled between the breathtaking beauty of the Sierra de Mijas Natural Park and the shimmering Mediterranean Sea, this location is a real haven of peace. This idyllic rural retreat is worlds away from the hustle and bustle of the busy coast, yet it is only 10 minutes from the vast Mediterranean beaches of the Costa del So and only 20 minutes from Marbella and Fuengirola.

Weather
The apartment is close to the warm Mediterranean Sea, there is almost never frost during the very mild winters and rarely extreme heat in the dry summers. The average temperature between November and April is around 19°C and between May and October around 28°C. With less than 600 mm of precipitation, which falls mainly between November and March, you can expect around 320 days of sunshine per year. The Sierra Blanca mountain range protects Mijas from the worst weather and extreme elements.

Explanation of prices

Cleaning
You pay EUR 105 for final cleaning per stay. If you stay longer and require interim cleaning, the costs are EUR 105.

Bed linen and towels
You pay EUR 12.50 per person per stay for bed linen and towels. If you require clean bed linen and clean towels in between, the costs are EUR 12.50 per person. There is a washing machine in the apartment, so you can also choose to do the washing yourself.

cancellation policy

You can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
If you cancel between 30 days and 14 days before arrival, you will pay 50% of the total amount of the booking.
If you cancel within 14 days before arrival, you owe the full amount of the booking
