Finca Mar y Montaña

Fantastically located rustic mountain finca, fully modernized and ideal for large families, groups, small companies for team building, hikers, cyclists and couples. Two minutes to the village of Competa, 10 minutes from the National Park and 25 minutes from the coast.

The finca overlooks the idyllic mountains and a piece of the sea. The main house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 annex to the master with shower, toilet and bath, the other with toilet and shower. The kitchen of the main house has a marble worktop, there is also the dining room, staircase, office space, lounge and cozy corner for music.

Outside there is the heated swimming pool, 4 different terraces and a beautiful garden with lots of exotic trees and plants (palm trees, olive trees, lemons, figs, grapes, pomegranate, oleander, ...) and above the main house and divided by the driveway the 2 apartments each with their own terrace. The main house and the apartments each have their own driveway and parking for several cars. They all have internet, TV channels, wood stoves and air conditioners.

Each apartment therefore has its own air conditioning, wood stove, kitchenette with all necessities such as hob, microwave, fridge-freezer ... etc, living room, bathroom and separate bedroom. The kitchen of the main house has recently been renovated. The poolside terrace has a large hammock, covered terrace, sunbeds and a kids-proof fence. In addition to these terraces, the main house also has a lounge area ideal for a cocktail evening, a dining terrace for 8 to 10 people and a sun terrace.

Pets are welcome, subject to request. The site is completely fenced.
