Guarantee
For proper and complete performance of his obligations, the RENTER will pay a deposit of 350 EURO. This amount will be reimbursed upon proper expiry of the current rental agreement and upon full fulfillment of the obligations. The deposit will be refunded at the latest 14 days after the end of the rental period.

Consumption costs
Electricity is charged to the TENANT based on consumption, € 0.35 per kWh. The first 100 Kw are part of the agreement and are not charged. The use of water is at the expense of the LANDLORD. Nevertheless, we trust that you will use water and energy wisely.

Linens
A set of bed, bath and kitchen linen per person is part of the rental price

Delay in payment and cancellation
If you cancel after signing the contract, the full 30% deposit will be charged. If you cancel within 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, 75% of the total rental price will be charged. In the event of cancellation, the deposit will be refunded if all other obligations have been met. When reletting, the rental amount already paid will be refunded, after deduction of the expenses incurred.
Cancellation by the LESSOR due to force majeure: another period can be agreed, otherwise the full amount already paid will be refunded.
In the event of subsequent employment or premature termination of the RENTER's stay in the holiday home, the full rental price remains due.
