Discover and enjoy in Andalusia :
Our 4 person apartment is conveniently located, on the ground floor, directly at the entrance of the holiday complex.
The spacious living-dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are easily accessible, even for disabled visitors.
The ensuite bathroom was adapted in 2024, with the bath replaced by a walk-in shower, which provides extra comfort and convenience when showering.
Our apartment is equipped with a fully automatic air conditioning system that offers both summer (cooling) and winter (heating). 
Since 2016, our apartment has been connected to the fiber optic network, ensuring fast and reliable internet.
The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with a Philips airfryer, large refrigerator with a separate freezer, electric hob, coffee maker, dishwasher etc..

In the separate laundry room, adjacent to the kitchen, you can use the washing machine.
You can dry your laundry super fast with the drying rack on the terrace. 

Under the apartment you can use a large parking space, which is linked to our apartment (parking space no. 1). 

On the south-west facing terrace you can enjoy the Spanish sun and the beautiful view of the mountain landscape of Andalusia, but also to the Mediterranean Sea.

The swimming pool is accessible via the garden path: with plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas (open daily in high season from about 11:00 am to about 8:00 pm)
During the high season (1 June-30 Sep.), this pool is permanently supervised, so that your children can also enjoy the wonderful swimming water safely. 
In the period between 1 Oct. and 31 May. 1 of the swimming pools on the complex is always accessible.

Within a few minutes by car you are in the beautiful hinterland of Andalusia with its authentic villages and towns and overwhelming nature reserves.

The sandy beaches of the Mediterranean Sea can be reached via a safe walking route (approx. 1200 m.) and of course also by car.
No mass tourism and therefore plenty of space on the beach in high season, to sunbathe and enjoy the beautiful views over the Mediterranean Sea, to Morocco and Gibraltar!
Both along the beach and in the short vicinity of our apartment are many restaurants, bars and eateries with beautiful regional dishes, with a competitive price/quality ratio.

For golf enthusiasts, Casares del Sol is an ideal location; a short distance away you can get started at Casares Golf or at Finca Cortesin!
At Casares Golf (100 meters from our apartment) you can also use a modern equipped gym.

Large supermarkets (including Mercedona, Aldi, Lidl) can be reached within 3-5 minutes by car.
