Casa Roma is a truly fantastic, spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with private pool, located close to the charming mountain village of Canillas de Aceituno, Malaga Province, Andalusia. The house consists of two floors, is furnished with care and fully equipped. The living room offers a beautiful panoramic view of the mountainous surroundings. Outside you will fully enjoy a large private swimming pool and a beautifully landscaped garden, which offer plenty of peace and privacy.

Location

From Casa Roma it is only 8 minutes by car to the nice village of Canillas de Aceituno. It is located next to the natural park of the Sierra Tejeda, Almijara and Alhama, a beautiful nature reserve and ideal destination for walking or mountain biking. The village has 2300 inhabitants. It is located at an altitude of 645 meters, at the foot of the highest mountain in the Axarquía, called La Maroma (2065 meters), and overlooks Lake Viñuela and the Mediterranean Sea.Canillas de Aceituno belongs to the network of magical villages ( pueblos mágicos) of Spain. To be part of this, a village must meet a series of aspects that make it special, unforgettable, magical.

This includes authenticity, quality, monuments, natural beauty and beautiful landscapes, the taste of local products and gastronomy, festivities and traditions. These are villages that are unique and that you will keep as your most beautiful memories. Magical villages are attractive and unique destinations that are definitely worth a visit!

Services

Canillas de Aceituno has a number of small local supermarkets, a bakery, a butcher, a number of tapas bars and 4 good restaurants: La Sociedad, Bodegón de Juan Maria, Nebula and Secret Garden Restaurant. There is also a modern pharmacy and a bank with an ATM. On Friday mornings there is a market on the square at the beginning of the village.

We are Martin and Aletta de Vries. Since 2015 we have lived close to the nice village of Canillas de Aceituno. We have run a small holiday park for many years and are now involved in managing holiday homes. We would like to welcome you to Casa Roma and we will be happy to assist you during your stay if necessary. We speak good Spanish and know our way around here. Hope to see you again!

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
