Relax with the whole family in your own holiday home. Outside there is a large garden with swimming pool, veranda and barbecue. Everything private and including a pool fence so that you can enjoy a relaxing holiday, even if you are with the family!

Inside you can walk straight into the living room with smart TV and free WIFI. To the left is the 1st conservatory bedroom. If you walk a little further, you will find the kitchen, and 3 more bedrooms and the bathroom. Of course, the kitchen is fully equipped with a large American fridge, oven, tea maker, Dolce Gusto coffee maker and other equipment.

Every morning you can check the chickens to see if there are fresh eggs. The children always enjoy collecting the eggs.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Prices include towels, bed linen, WIFI, (final) cleaning costs, air conditioning, electricity and water (assuming normal use).

Any additional costs

In principle, there are no additional costs unless the gas/electricity/water is used excessively or extras have been discussed on request. There is an electricity meter in the holiday home, on arrival and departure the use will be noted on the signed rental agreement. Excessive use means that more than 15 KwH is consumed per day. This happens, among other things, when air conditioners are left on when no one is present in the house or the use of air conditioners while doors and windows are open. If the consumption has been more than 15 KwH per day on average, 0.37 cents must be paid (cash) for each additional KwH used on departure.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period, 100% of the rent will be charged.
In case of cancellation more than 30 days in advance, only the deposit will not be refunded.
