Relax with the whole family in your own holiday home. Outside there is a large garden with swimming pool, veranda and barbecue. Everything private and including a pool fence so that you can enjoy a relaxing holiday, even if you are with the family!

Inside you can walk straight into the living room with smart TV and free WIFI. To the left is the 1st conservatory bedroom. If you walk a little further, you will find the kitchen, and 3 more bedrooms and the bathroom. Of course, the kitchen is fully equipped with a large American fridge, oven, tea maker, Dolce Gusto coffee maker and other equipment.

Every morning you can check the chickens to see if there are fresh eggs. The children always enjoy collecting the eggs.

After a year-long search, we moved to Spain at the beginning of 2020. We lived in Hornachuelos, Cordoba for the first 2 years and since 2022 we have lived in Cártama, Málaga. In both places you will find the real Spain!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Prices include towels, bed linen, WIFI, (final) cleaning costs, air conditioning, electricity and water (based on normal use).

Any additional costs
In principle there are no additional costs unless the gas/electricity/water is used excessively or extras have been discussed upon request. There is an electricity meter in the holiday home, usage will be noted on the signed rental agreement upon arrival and departure. Excessive use means that more than 15 KwH is consumed per day. This happens, among other things, if air conditioners are left on when no one is present in the home or when air conditioners are used while doors and windows are open. If the average consumption has been more than 15 KwH per day, 0.37 cents must be paid (in cash) for each additional KwH used upon departure.

Cancellation
If you cancel less than 30 days before the start of the rental period, 100% of the rent will be charged. If you cancel more than 30 days in advance, only the deposit will not be refunded.
