Welcome to our holiday home in Calahonda!

Just a 25-minute drive from Malaga Airport, in the middle of bustling Marbella and Fuengirola (both 15 minutes' drive) you will find our lovely Townhouse in a small, quiet urbanization of a total of 11 townhouses.

Casa La Fuente Nueve has three bedrooms, providing space for up to six guests. The master bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds (which can be joined) and the third bedroom has a bunk bed. Ideal for families looking for a great vacation spot!

With a spacious shared swimming pool, several terraces, a beautiful large garden and useful facilities nearby, you will immediately feel at home here on the Costa del Sol.

Whether you enjoy a delicious cup of coffee in the front or backyard in the morning, or relax with a glass of wine on the roof terrace in the evening, our sunny terraces are an oasis of peace, with beautiful views of the surroundings and a garden to dream away.

From the roof terrace you can admire the mountains of Calahonda or look out over the sea, which is within walking distance. The pool is open all year round and just a few steps away from your terrace. From here you can perfectly see your children in the pool. But of course you can also lie on the loungers by the pool.

The house has air conditioning (cold + hot) in all areas, a fully equipped kitchen, a large smart TV and Wi-Fi via fiber optic connection.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, washing machine, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, juicer, toaster, combination oven/microwave and a large fridge-freezer.

Calahonda offers plenty of activities and attractions for a fantastic holiday! Enjoy the many beautiful beaches and beach clubs nearby. Luna Beach is within walking distance.

In the area you can play padel, tennis, golf or even take a CrossFit class. Furthermore, supermarkets, shops and other amenities are conveniently close by.

The location of Calahonda is also very child-friendly, with several swimming paradises (Aquamijas, Aqualand Torrelemolinos) nearby and Waterparks on the water in Fuengirola, Benalmaldena and Puerto Banus.
