Bushvilla Umoja Kruger has 3 large double bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom; A spacious, modern and comfortably furnished living room that continues into a large luxuriously furnished kitchen. The villa is fully furnished with sitting area, dining area, Flat screen TV, and free WiFi. The whole house has air conditioning and ceiling fans, and mosquito nets over the beds and in front of the window and is 95% solar empowered.
Around the house is a large terrace with a BBQ and a splash pool overlooking a watering hole for the animals. A large garden offers privacy and the carport has space for 2 cars. The house is equipped with an alarm.
The house is self-catering but a first evening Dinner pack and first morning Breakfastpack can be added as well as groceries. (€).
Check-in/-out cleaning is included as well as an extra cleaning for stays longer than 4 nights. More cleaning is also possible for a fee.

This beautiful African bush villa is located on a nature reserve directly adjacent to the Kruger Park and 8 km from the Kruger entrance. There is also another communal swimming pool on the estate.

Bushvilla Umoja Kruger - wildlife without fences: for rent per week or per night with prices from 4 persons (but we really recommend 2-3 nights). Excellently located with Hoedspruit sanctuaries, Blyde river boat trip, the Blyde Canyon/Panorama route (Three Rondavel viewpoint) and Tzaneen/Magoebaskloof (ziplining and Debengeni falls) all within 1.5hr drive. We can arrange a Kruger park safari for you (private/shared, morning/afternoon/half-/full day) or a sunset safari boat cruise.

Not only in love with the country but also with each other! Now we can enjoy unlimited and we want everyone to share in it. South Africa, you have to experience it!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Deposit: 50% upon booking and 50% 1 month before arrival. Free cancellation up to 1 month before arrival.
Umoja can also be rented per night . 7 nights = pay 6. The price is based on 4 people. Extra person = 15th pp/pn. In the high season (summer and Christmas holidays) a pax 6 price applies.

Cleaning: Check-in/out cleaning is included. For stays longer than 4 nights, there is also a cleaning in between. If you want extra cleaning, this can be done based on availability and for a small fee.

Self catering but we can have a braai pack or lasagne meal ready in the fridge on arrival (drinks to be added to taste). In addition, we can offer you a breakfast package for 1 (max 2 days) (continental or English = + eggs/bacon). or a breakfast-to-go if you go on safari on the first day. Order no later than 1 week before arrival and to be paid in cash to our house manager.

We are located about 15 minutes from Phalaborwa, at approximately 5 1/2h drive from Johannesbur. A very nice trip through the Magoebaskloof or via Lydenburg / Dullstroom.

If you have more time to spend, you can drive via the Panorama Route/Blyde Canyon.

You can also come by plane; we are only 10 minutes from the Phalaborwa airport with two daily flights to and from Johannesburg. Furthermore we're an hour's drive from Hoedspruit Airport with direct flights to Cape Town.

This unique house is located in a nature reserve where animals roam freely; a 15 min drive from Phalaborwa - the city of two summers. The town has a shopping center, good restaurants and an entrance to the Kruger Park.
From the house you can make (day)trips to the Blyde Canyon, the Magoebaskloof, Hoedspruit with its many wildlife centers, and of course to the Kruger Park. Furthermore, the world-famous Hans Merensky golf course is only 20 minutes away - play golf but don't hit a the giraffes!
For the active holiday maker, there is lots to do (microlight flights, kloofing, tubing, etc.) You will not get bored.

Umoja Bushvilla is conveniently located for a variety of excursions; with your own (rental)car or you can book them at the reception of the Estate. The friendly staff will assist you in whatever way.
