Casa Alpendre

Casa Alpendre is a detached country house , partly built in granite, on the Quinta de Luou wine estate, known locally for its excellent vinho verde. Within the domain of the estate, Casa do Alpendre has its own entrance, a private parking space, an enclosed garden with swimming pool that offers you peace and privacy.

You enter Casa do Alpendre through the very spacious kitchen with all appliances and a large dining table. Through a corridor with separate toilet you reach the 3 spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and fitted wardrobes. All bedrooms have their own access to the garden and pool through French doors.

On the other side of the hallway is the large dining room. Via a staircase you reach the spacious living room with comfortable sofas and a cozy fireplace. The TV room is adjacent to the living room, at the head of the old granite house.
