A tip; Using current photos, the hood in the kitchen is now gone.

We had a wonderful week in this fine house. Swimming pool was bigger than we had thought, lovely lawn where our son could play football and a nice view over the vineyards. The filled bookcase was a nice touch, definitely worth ...

We had a wonderful week in this fine house. Swimming pool was bigger than we had thought, lovely lawn where our son could play football and a nice view over the vineyards. The filled bookcase was a nice touch, definitely worth mentioning (so you don't have to carry as many books with you). Landlord very friendly and helpful. Also nice the detailed description of the house and the tips for the area and an extra tip that we got from him.

The only downside, if we have to mention something, is that from the road and the driveway of the neighbors (the quinta where people regularly drive past) you can have a good view of the garden / swimming pool, so you don't always have the feeling that you have complete privacy.

Great house, just good!

Tips for the host:
-2 of the 3 bathrooms, take out the bath and make a shower (shower in the bath...). Can be improved in my opinion. Especially great for older guests.
-Install garden lighting, so that the garden is also lit in the evening (is worth the beautiful large garden).
-Make swimming pool lighting work.
-Microwave and umbrella pool is missing.

Just good! We had a nice stay in a beautiful house. We look back on a pleasant stay!

Beautiful surroundings, visit Peneda-Geres national park very worthwhile for culture and nature lover.
But also immediate surroundings of the house is beautiful and friendly.
Nice detours to make to the river and nearby village of Gandra.
In village small but nice supermarket for groceries.
Contact with the owner was good, responded quickly to questions during the stay.
