This beautiful property is located in the foothills of the Serra de Arga, close to the Bertiandos Lagoon Biological Park (guided tour available) and is an excellent area for hiking and nature lovers. The stately, large and mature garden of this house has many different, nice places that invite guests to relax in the shade or to enjoy your meals. The indoor swimming pool (heatable) with patio doors leading to a large sun terrace overlooking the vineyards, ideal for alfresco dining. Within 3 kilometers you will find a beach on the Lima River and an excellent golf course just 10 kilometers away.

The beautiful ancient Roman town of Ponte de Lima with its ancient listed buildings, festivals, markets, theater and quality restaurants is just a 7 minute drive away. From this location it is possible to visit many beautiful villages and characteristic towns such as Ponte de Barca, Arcos de Valdevez, Viana do Castelo, Barcelos, Caminha and the World Heritage sites of Guimaraes and Porto. Basic amenities such as a mini market can be found within a 5-minute walk.

The guest accommodation is divided between the main residence (dating from the XVII century) and the adjoining Cottage, both of which have recently been completely renovated to a very high standard. The renovated interior still retains the original features, but offers all the comfort of modern amenities. The beautiful tiles and high ceilings have also been maintained with attention to detail. The living areas are beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings.

(Main residence) Ground floor: three bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom and doors leading to a covered terrace overlooking the vineyards. Bedroom with two single beds. Two guest changing rooms. Spacious living room, TV, comfortable seating, billiards table and games table. The owners' apartment is located on the first floor of the main building. The guest accommodation is completely separate and has complete privacy.

(Cottage) Ground floor: large suite with twin beds and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom with two single beds and en-suite bathroom. Two guest changing rooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Spacious living/dining room with comfortable seating, TV and games area.

Top floor: two bedrooms with views of the vineyards and the main house, two bedrooms with views of the woods. Each room has its own en-suite bathroom. Poolside accommodation with dining facilities (sauna, dishwasher, sink, large fridge/freezer) and doors leading to the outside terrace with barbecue which is ideal for alfresco dining.

Outside: spacious sun terrace, lawns and mature gardens. The indoor swimming pool (heatable, 7 x 3.5 meters) is in the cottage. The depth is 1.00 to 1.50 meters. Changing rooms with shower. Own tennis court.
