New luxury holiday villa within walking distance of the sandy beach at Esposende. This spacious and modern villa is tastefully decorated and meets high quality standards. The interior is elegant and comfortable. The villa has a private swimming pool, a (clay) tennis court and small football field, great for children and adults! The fishing village of Marinhas with all basic facilities such as a small supermarket, café, restaurant, bars, etc. is within walking distance of the villa. The supermarket is open 7 days a week and is only 2 km from the villa. The beach is 1 km away, you can walk there via a paved path. Quinta da Barca Golf with one of the best golf courses on the coast is just a 5 minute walk away. Horse riding is possible 5 (car) minutes from the villa. The center of Porto can be reached in 30 minutes by car. The old center is on the UNESCO World Heritage list.

Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen. Spacious dining/living room with comfortable sofas, satellite TV and DVD player. French doors to the swimming pool and terrace with barbecue. Two bedrooms (1 with two single beds and 1 with a double bed), both with sliding doors to the front garden. Guest toilet.

First floor: large double bedroom and adjoining bathroom with patio doors leading to a large balcony with sea views. Bedroom with double bed and adjacent bathroom with large balcony. Double bedroom and adjoining bathroom with private balcony and views over the front garden.

Garden: spacious covered terrace with built-in barbecue, ideal for enjoying your meal outside. Heated private swimming pool of 10 x 4 meters with electric cover (safe for children). Tennis court (with a clay surface) and a small football field. Well-maintained garden with palm trees and barbecue. From the villa you walk to the beach via an unpaved path.

Flexible arrival:
Although the villa has a flexible arrival day, we cannot leave too many empty days between bookings. Always check with the Amarante Villas team to ensure your desired dates are acceptable.

The rental price includes:
- Towels and bed linen
- Pool towels

- 1 high chair and 1 baby cot (on request)

The rental price does not include (mandatory extras):
- Deposit surrender: €50 per week, non-refundable (damage covered up to €1,500 per booking).
- Reservation costs: €35

Can be booked optionally, on request:
- Extra cot: €25 per week
- Extra high chair: €25 per week
- Pool heating: €300 per week

Guests who want to use the pool heating must request this at least 1 week before arrival.
