The supermarket is open 7 days a week and is only 2 km from the villa. The beach is 1 km away, you can walk there via a paved path. Quinta da Barca Golf with one of the best golf courses on the coast is just a 5 minute walk away. Horse riding is possible 5 (car) minutes from the villa. The center of Porto can be reached in 30 minutes by car. The old center is on the UNESCO World Heritage list.

Two bedrooms (1 with two single beds and 1 with a double bed), both with sliding doors to the front garden. Guest toilet.

First floor: large double bedroom and adjoining bathroom with patio doors leading to a large balcony with sea views. Bedroom with double bed and adjacent bathroom with large balcony. Double bedroom and adjoining bathroom with private balcony and views over the front garden.

Garden: spacious covered terrace with built-in barbecue, ideal for enjoying your meal outside. Heated private swimming pool of 10 x 4 meters with electric cover (safe for children). Tennis court (with a clay surface) and a small football field. Well-maintained garden with palm trees and barbecue. From the villa you walk to the beach via an unpaved path.
