Holiday villa for 10 people, with private pool, located in a very quiet area near Meco, 3 kilometers from the beach and only 40 kilometers from Lisbon. The villa is only 1 kilometer away from the center of the village. Sesimbra is 13 kilometers away, and Alfarim is 1 kilometer walk or drive. In Alfarim you can find a number of shops, bakery, butcher, bank, post office and supermarkets. In Sesimbra you can find a number of fish/seafood markets. The region has a number of excellent wine cellars that you can visit. Wine, cheese and the small tortas are the specialties of the region. Sesimbra is very well known for its restaurants that serve fish and shellfish.

Inside: the ground floor consists of a large living room and dining room with fireplace, modern, very well equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with bath and shower. The first floor consists of a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, two twin bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a television and wireless internet available.
Outside: the villa is located in a quiet neighborhood. The eastern part of the property consists of a private swimming pool (10x5m), a terrace, sun loungers, barbecue and a dining area. You can also use the western part of the garden as a dining area.
