Our design holiday home Sao Martinho has a beautiful location with panoramic views inland. You will see the mountains, villages, fields and farmlands. On the terrace upstairs you can see the bay of São Martinho do Porto on the right. Our house is sunny and high on the east side of the hill. The west side is the sea side and that is a nature reserve.

The house has several terraces, one of which is the outdoor kitchen. All terraces are facing the sun and are very private. They also give the opportunity to seek out the shade. The whole is built in such a way that you can stay there all year round. In summer, the house has natural air conditioning. In the cooler periods, you have the pleasant warmth of the wood-burning stove and the Burnie.
The design house is transparent and light and is very tastefully decorated with beautiful, comfortable details. For example, Portuguese marble has been used. In the large living room you will find a sitting area, a wood stove and a cooking island, open to the terrace with the outdoor kitchen. There are 2 spacious bedrooms with good box-spring beds, mosquito nets and a large terrace. The bathroom has a bath with shower and bidet.
Around the house you will find the terraces with the barbecue in the outdoor kitchen. The garden flows downwards into the Portuguese landscape. Peace and quiet in the middle of real Portuguese life! Sun, sea, nature and culture in a southern 'mudflat' climate, that's how the owner characterizes this place in Portugal. Because the climate along the ocean is mild, with a lot of oxygen!
