This modern apartment from 2018 is located directly behind the old city wall of Sitio da Nazaré, this is the old town of Nazaré. Nazaré is an authentic fishing village on the beautiful Costa da Prata (Silver Coast) and is located 120 km above Lisbon and 215 km below Porto. 
It is quiet but centrally located, beach, lighthouse, church, terraces, restaurants, bakery and shops are within walking distance. The Lidl, Aldi and Continente are 1300 meters away.
 
The apartment is located on the ground floor in an enclosed condominium, has a large private roof terrace, spacious balcony with 2 sunbeds and a spacious dining table, communal swimming pool, garden and tennis court.
The décor is modern and comfortable with all the amenities for a pleasant stay, such as;

There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms , each with its own toilet, one bathroom with bath and one with shower cubicle. 
The apartment is suitable for 4 people, a 5th sleeping place (guest mattress, suitable for children up to 12 years or a baby cot) can be booked.

From the pool, roof terrace, balcony and living room/kitchen you have a breathtaking view over the ocean and Praia do Norte.
On the roof is the private roof terrace with a picnic table where you can enjoy the sun and the view from morning to evening.
The car can be parked in the closed parking garage which can be reached by elevator or stairs.

The fortress with the lighthouse O Farol, the Miradouro do Suberco viewpoint, Igreja de Nossa Sehora da Nazaré and Praia do Norte, famous for its spectacular high waves in winter, can be reached on foot. 
A busier beach on the pleasant promenade can be reached within a few minutes by cable car (ascencor) in the lower part of Nazaré. 

The Costa da Prata has a good mix to enjoy the sea, beach, culture and nature.
There are nice trips to make in the vicinity such as the medieval city of Óbidos (30 min), the monastery of Alcobaca (20 min), the pilgrimage site of Fátima (45 min), Batalha (30 min), Peniche (30 min), Berlenga islands (by boat from Peniche), Tomar (60 min), but also Coimbra (115 km), a little further away  , Lisbon (120 km) and Porto (215 km) are among the possibilities. 

There is also a lot to do for the sporty holidaymaker: hiking, surfing, cycling, golf...
From Lisbon Airport, the apartment is easily accessible both by rental car (easy to explore the area) and by public transport (Rede Expressos).
