Furthermore, the apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning, TV, WiFi, electric shutters, etc. The kitchen is also fully equipped with dishwasher, dishwasher and all electrical appliances you need as if you were at home.
Both bedrooms have a large wardrobe. There is one bathroom with bath/shower, bidet, toilet and sink. The small bathroom is equipped with toilet and sink.
In addition to the private terrace and covered balcony, you also have a communal roof terrace where the swimming pool is located. There you also have a fantastic view of the beautiful town and the beautiful bay.
Sao Martinho de Porto is located in the center of the Costa de Prata, making the apartment a perfect base for an unforgettable holiday...

Hello,
We are a Belgian family and about ten years ago we bought our dream apartment in Sao Martinho de Porto. We immediately fell in love with the beautiful town, the surroundings and of course our new apartment that we furnished with care. When we are not there, we also want to rent our apartment to other people... We have only received positive responses from tenants, which of course makes it so much fun for us...
