Open fully equipped kitchen and living room with patio doors to the large balcony at the front and the swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with a granite worktop and backsplash, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, etc. Breakfast bar with 2 stools. The lounge has 2 comfortable sofas, satellite TV, DVD player and music centre. Guest toilet. Double bedroom with queen size bed and en-suite shower room. Master bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom with shower. Each of these bedrooms has patio doors opening onto a large balcony with beautiful views of the Lima river valley and the XI century Roman bridge. Adjacent to the main house is a large built-in barbecue. There is ample quality outdoor furniture for al fresco dining where you can enjoy the panoramic views.
