Spacious country house, completely renovated with authentic atmosphere. A well-equipped kitchen with large oven, freezer, dishwasher, induction hob and lots of crockery, dining room and living room, with separate TV room on the loft together over 75m2. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 with ensuite bathroom (shower, toilet and 1 or 2 sinks). The other two bedrooms share a spacious bathroom in the hallway. 1 room has three beds and there is room for an extra cot in this room and in one of the other bedrooms. The bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Outside a large covered terrace, sunbeds and lounge sofa by the pool, at the rear a large orchard with fruit trees. Several terraces, a pin fireplace and a wood stove, bbq, bed linen, towels, bath towels, games etc.

The house is located in the countryside in Vale Judeu, which is part of the municipality of Loulé. but centrally located in the Algarve, about 10 minutes from the beach and beach resorts of Vilamoura and Quarteira. 25 minutes from airport and 20 minutes from Albufeira. It is a wonderful house for people who do not want to stay in mass tourism, but who do want to have the opportunity to visit nice places and restaurants.
In the village is a small supermarket for forgotten groceries, larger supermarkets 5 km away (Pingo Doca, Lidl etc)

Hi I am Bettie and I am married to Coen. We have enjoyed our home in the Algarve since 2003. Due to family expansion ... now 6 grandchildren, in 2012 we expanded our house with 3 extra bedrooms and the original part was completely renovated. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

In principle, we rent out our house from 1 week, with free choice of the arrival day. Shorter stays only on request.

Linen
The beds are made on arrival. The beds are changed weekly. as well as towels and kitchen towels. Linen costs € 20 per week per person per week.

Weekly and final cleaning. The house is cleaned every week This is included in the price.

Bail
Upon arrival you will receive the keys and you will receive a short explanation / tour of the house. We ask for a deposit € 350,-, to be paid in cash on arrival. When you check out and return the keys, you will receive a refund.

Deposit
We use a deposit of 25%, the rest of the payment please 4 weeks before arrival.

Annul:

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

• Cancellation up to 90 days before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental price

• Cancellation from 90 to 42 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price

• Cancellation from 42 to 28 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

• Cancellation from 28 to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price

• Cancellation from 14 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

• If the tenant informs the landlord on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), the tenant remains obliged to pay the full rent.

Additional information

The area has plenty to do. Only 7 km away from Vilamoura (resort with beautiful marina and golf courses, 8 km from Quarteira originating fishing village, now fashionable resort, 25 minutes from Albufeira most famous, lively resort of the Algarve.
Vale Judeu itself is a rural village, belonging to Loule. Loule is known for its historic downtown and fresh market. So both the rural and original character of the Algarve as the mundane, tourist attractions are nearby ... however we advise you to rent a car.
