Casa Padaria 2 (ground floor)

The house you see in the photo is split into 2 luxury living units for 2 people. Padaria 2 is  the ground floor apartment and has a spacious living room with open kitchen, a bedroom with sink and a bathroom with shower and toilet. 

You enter the completely renovated apartment through the generous porch (16 m2), which extends over the entire width of the house  . This covered terrace offers captivating views of the old olive trees of the orchard next to the house and the romantic, narrow street that leads to the house. In the distance you can see the valley and you look towards the sea, which is also clearly visible in clear weather. On one side a table with two chairs, on the other side a spacious corner sofa to laze on. 

The house is adjacent to the back of Casa do Alto. You can go to the reception of this nice boutique hotel/bed & breakfast, if you have any questions. They take care of the cleaning and maintenance of Casa Padaria for us.  You can use the swimming pool here in the summer season (April-October) provided that you have your breakfast or lunch there. In the winter months (November - March) you can also use the swimming pool in consultation, but no breakfast or lunch is served. 

The kitchen is fully equipped. A spacious fridge with freezer compartment, an oven with microwave function. An induction hob with extractor, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer, a Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, juicer, hand blender, plenty of crockery. 

The air conditioning, both in the living room and in the sleeping area, provides cooling in the summer, and excellent heating in the winter.

This fine holiday accommodation is ideal for a long-stay; Spending the winter here is really fine, but it can also be booked for a short holiday. If you want to spend the winter, we offer a long-stay discount in the months of January, February and March: 

LONG STAY: For stays of 2 weeks or more 5%, for stays of 3 weeks or more 10%, for stays of 4 weeks or more 15% and for 6 weeks or longer 20%. This is a discount on the prices mentioned in the overview.
