Spacious 6 (8 with 2 children under 15 years) person holiday villa with private swimming pool. You will find Casa Oasis in a rural location between the hills of Gorjões in the Algarve.
Casa Oasis is surrounded by a spacious rock garden, a private swimming pool and a beautiful view of the hills.
It is an ideal place for peace seekers and nature lovers, close to the ancient town of Loulé, where all amenities are available, and São Bras del Aportel, a typical Portuguese town.
While the coast with its many beaches is only 15 km. distance is.
Families with children are welcome.
A rural road takes you to Casa Oasis, a detached villa with quiet neighbours.
The whole radiates peace, light and space, both outside and inside you can bathe in an oasis of peace.
The house is adjacent to the terrace which connects directly to the swimming pool.
The layout is practical and clear.
There is a spacious living room with kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Everything is on one level and the terrace is directly connected to the house.
There is also a pergola that provides shade.
The villa is fully equipped.

We are Alain and Inge a Belgian couple and in June 2020 we lost our hearts in the Algarve. We bought Casa Oasis there. It is a homecoming for us.

The tranquility and the beauty of nature is the love for the place where we like to stay. Here begins the holiday, relaxation.

Those who feel like it can go shopping by car or go to the beautiful beaches that the Algarve has to offer.

We want to share this piece of paradise when we are not there with you.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation by tenant

Cancellations must always be communicated to the landlord by e-mail .
Within a period of 48 hours, the landlord sends a receipt of cancellation confirmation to the tenant.

Cancellation within 21 days of reservation

Each reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 21 days after reservation.
If you make a reservation within 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, this option right is not in effect.

Cancellation after 3 weeks after reservation

In case of cancellation
After 3 weeks and within 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, the following cancellation conditions apply:

- Up to 6 weeks before the start of your stay, the cancellation fee is 30% of the rent.
- Up to 4 weeks before the start of your stay, the cancellation fee is 75% of the rent.
- Up to 1 week before the start of your stay, the cancellation fee is 90% of the rent.
- On the 7th day before the start or later, the cancellation fee is 100% of the rent.

Cancellation by landlord

If circumstances/force majeure force the landlord to cancel the already rented holiday period, the tenant will be notified immediately.
In this case, the landlord will refund the amount already paid by the tenant within 48 hours of the aforementioned notification to the tenant.
In this case, the tenant has no more or other right than to reclaim the sums already paid and therefore expressly waives further rights.

Force majeure during the rental period

If force majeure occurs while the tenant has only been able to make partial use of the holiday home, the rental agreement must also be considered dissolved for the time already used and the tenant is therefore entitled to a full refund of the rent paid.
In this case, the tenant has no more or other right than to reclaim the sums already paid and therefore expressly waives further rights.
