Casa Superkop is a spacious villa with fantastic sea views, just a ten-minute drive from the very nice town of Tavira. Tavira is located on the Ria Formosa nature reserve and with a ferry you can reach Tavira Island in 10 minutes, where you will find wonderful beaches. A short distance away you have many more beautiful beaches nearby.

Casa Superkop is located in the middle of nature with a lot of privacy, but you do not feel abandoned. You can make beautiful walks from the house. Casa Superkop has its own swimming pool, a (warm) outdoor shower, large terrace with various seating areas. Always one out of the wind in the sun, or in the wind and out of the sun. Casa Superkop is a comfortable house with all amenities. It is a house that you immediately notice that people are living in it. Suitable for nature lovers or people who want to get away from it all in a super nice place with 6 sleeping places. The pool is maintained twice a week so is always clean.
For golfers you will find several courses nearby: Benamor, Quinta de Ria & Cima, Monterei. There are a number of golf sets in the house that may be used and there is a 'mini teeing area' and putting mat. You can also use 2 mountain bikes.

It is a nice house of which the essentials have been renewed in recent years (pump water source, descaler, pellet stove, geyser, swimming pool). A place where you will have a wonderful time. Casa Superkop has a bathroom with separate shower and bath inside, a separate second toilet with bidet and sink, and a hot outdoor shower.

We are Geert and Sabine, owners of Casa Superkop. We bought the house 5 years ago, and have done a lot to it since then. For us it is now a wonderful house where we enjoy staying for 3 months every winter. We are not there in the summer and we would like to let others enjoy this unique place. Do you like nature, appreciate your privacy combined with comfort, then this is your house.

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been passed on to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

cancellation more than 2 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 60th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
