In this detached villa, about 2 km from the picturesque village of Santa Barbara de Nene, you will enjoy the spaciousness and comfort for a relaxing holiday in undisturbed privacy.
The quietly located accommodation with outdoor pool can only be reached by car. The villa is suitable for long-term tenants and families with children. The house has central heating, air conditioning and these services are subject to a fee.

The villa has a living area of 150 m2 and can accommodate 6 people and a baby cot can also be placed if necessary.

The villa has 3 bedrooms, one bedroom has two single beds and the other two are each equipped with a double bed. One bedroom also has a flat screen TV with international channels.
The villa has 2 bathrooms, one bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, toilet, vanity and washing machine. The second bathroom has a toilet, vanity and a shower.

The kitchen, fully equipped, has a fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and a dishwasher as well as a table with 6 chairs, which invites you to a cozy stay. 

The large living room is equipped with a couch, a large glass table with 4 chairs, a flat screen TV with satellite TV, Wi-Fi ,Netflix and a fireplace.

The living room and the bedrooms have sliding windows and allow access to the pool. The windows have mosquito nets and there is the possibility of darkening the rooms by folding shutters. The house has air conditioning and central heating, this service is subject to a charge (optional) 

Outside there is the pool (10 x 5 m and 2 m deep), a solar shower, sun loungers for 6 people with umbrellas. You can enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and the city of Faro on the terrace and by the pool and forget a little about everyday life. The whole thing is rounded off by a barbecue area with a charcoal grill and an additional gas grill. On the terrace there is a large table that can seat 6 people and a table for 4 people. Via an external staircase we reach a beautiful roof terrace with panoramic views of the Atlantic Sea and the city of Faro. The property is completely fenced, has an automatic gate and parking spaces for 3 cars.

Furthermore, there is an apartment on the property (50m2) T1 which is furnished like an additional apartment for 4 people.
Ideal for a couple with 2 children. The apartment has a double bedroom, a desk with chair (ideal for home office). The attached kitchen-cum-living room with 2 armchairs and a sofa bed for 2 people, has a flat screen TV with international programs, a dining table for 4 people and is well equipped with a fridge, ceramic hob, oven and microwave.
The bathroom has a washbasin, toilet and shower. Directly in front of the apartment there is a large and shaded covered terrace with a view of the sea. The apartment is ideal for two families who want to spend a relaxing holiday together and at the same time enjoy their privacy.

The main house can accommodate 6 people and the apartment can accommodate up to 2 adults + 2 children.
The apartment is only opened by arrangement or for a rental of more than 6 people.
