Villa Andorinha (de Zwaluw)

Villa Andorinha is located on Monte Cerro in the fishing village of Carvoeiro in the Algarve. This villa was only completed in 2011 and is equipped with all modern conveniences. The house is situated on a spacious plot of 1285m2 and has optimal privacy. You park your car in front of the door. In 2017 we replaced all the beds in order to be able to continue to guarantee the quality that we consider important.

The house consists of three floors with a spacious garden including swimming pool. You enter on the top floor and here is the first bedroom with its own bathroom. From this bedroom you have access to a private roof terrace. This bedroom has air conditioning, TV with Dutch channels and DVD player and safe.

One floor below you will find the spacious kitchen, hall to the living room, the living room, separate toilet in the hall and access to the two bedrooms present here. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, one with bath/shower, ample fitted wardrobes and direct access through sliding doors to the terrace with swimming pool. Both bedrooms have their own individually controlled air conditioning. There is also a safe in each bedroom.

The kitchen is spacious and equipped with luxury equipment, such as a dishwasher, built-in oven, built-in microwave, fridge/freezer combination. You will find the following kitchen machines: Nespresso espresso machine (cups available in supermarket Carvoeiro!), Alessi kettle, Alessi juicer, toaster, ....
At the work island you can sit at four bar stools while enjoying a cup of coffee and discuss the plans for the day. There is also air conditioning in the kitchen.

From the kitchen access to the hall which in turn gives access to the spacious living room. The living room has a large dining table with 8 chairs. A spacious sitting area by the fireplace with flat screen TV, DVD player and chromecast for streaming. Air conditioning is also available here. Through the living room direct access to the terrace where the pool is.

On this floor is also the laundry room where washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron are available.

The lower floor gives access to what we call the kids paradise. Here is a private living room with flat screen TV for the Playstation 4 game console or to watch a DVD. More than 100 movies are present. A professional table football game and various board games complete the story.

From the game room there is access to the bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a private bathroom. Air conditioning is also available here.
