It's just a fully furnished house of 90m3. With rental Permit nr: 60661/AL
Bath towels, towels, soap and shampoo are provided. Well-functioning fiber optic internet wi-fi can also be received outside (free)
You rent the whole house. When I'm there myself, it's in a log cabin about 50 meters away.
With private entrance and parking space.
So privacy is guaranteed.
Very suitable for Digital Nomads.

Good and cheap food in Alte at O Folclore.

The house is located a 25-minute drive (free toll-free) from the coast in the beautiful and lovely interior of the Algarve, in the middle of a beautiful hiking area with reservoirs and unique, authentic villages, including the village of Alte (where you can also swim), 3 km away, which is known as the most beautiful village in southern Portugal. Hotel van Alte is 1.5 km away and features a tennis court and swimming pool. The tennis court can be rented for minimal costs (€ 4.00/hour incl. racket and balls) and you can use the swimming pool free of charge with the consumption of a drink or one of the delicious meals.
This house is very suitable for winter visitors.
(no moisture problems which 80% do have)
Portugal is well on its way to installing public charging stations at supermarkets, pump stations, shopping centers, etc. And you can also charge the EV again at the normal rate during your stay in Bonportugal.

Which I built with a lot of love and care.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The cleaning costs are € 65, -

The rest is already included in normal use. (10kWh per day) with normal use this is sufficient.

After that, 1kwh costs €0.35

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.

Alte is a nice farming village with a bank div .. cafe's restaurants supermarket a park with swimming facilities a waterfall when wearing weather does not flow automatically.

Walk through Alte and not just on the last Thursday of the month to visit the market. In the morning there is also a fresh market t / o the supermarket honey greetings fruit fish etc.
