Located just 30 minutes from Faro Airport, Casa do Monte is ideal for those looking to explore the Algarve. The beaches of Armação de Pêra are just a 10-minute drive away, while charming places such as Ferragudo, Carvoeiro, Lagos and the famous Benagil Caves can be reached within 15-30 minutes. Do you want to enjoy liveliness? Albufeira is also a short distance away. Yet at Casa do Monte you will mainly experience peace and nature, away from the hustle and bustle, with beautiful views and plenty of privacy.

A house to relax and enjoy
Casa do Monte is spacious and stylishly furnished. The villa has three comfortable bedrooms. For a comfortable night's sleep, each bedroom has a new bed, with new and good mattresses.
First bedroom (ground floor): double bed (160x200 cm) with new air conditioning. Next to the bedroom is a bathroom with double sink, bath, shower and toilet.
Second bedroom (upper floor): double bed (160x200 cm) with new air conditioning, ensuite bathroom (toilet, sink & shower) and spectacular views of Monchique.
Third bedroom (upper floor): two single beds (90x200 cm) with en-suite bathroom (sink, shower, toilet) and new air conditioning.
The spacious living room (with new air conditioning) and dining room offer plenty of space to relax together. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso machine, a five-burner gas stove, a spacious fridge and freezer (with ice cube function), microwave and oven.
Outdoor living at its best
The villa is surrounded by nature and offers stunning views from every angle. The west side treats you to a spectacular panorama over the mountains of Monchique and the most beautiful sunsets. In the morning sun you can enjoy breakfast on the eastern terrace. There are several lounge and dining areas, both in the sun and in the shade, and an attractive covered outdoor dining area. There are sunbeds for all persons and also a lovely 2 person Fatboy hammock by the pool!
Private playground
The large backyard offers a true play paradise for the children:

- A jeu-du-boules court (with adult and children's balls)
- Swings in the picturesque olive trees
- climbing course in the trees and with slackline
- Large trampoline (Mountain in-ground 430cm)
Please note! The photos are from the spring; in the summer the Algarve is dry, so there is no grass on the land.
The swimming pool (5x10 meters) is perfect for both relaxing floating and a refreshing swim, with a depth of 1 meter in the first section and 2 meters in the second.
The villa sits on a spacious plot of 7,500 m², fully fenced and accessed via an automatic gate.
