Lots of natural light in the house, a very spacious living room, 3 x double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a modern fully equipped kitchen. Outside, a large south-facing terrace with a great swimming pool (9 x 5 meters) and outdoor shower. The villa is surrounded by a colorful garden with beautiful mature palm trees, (fruit) trees, (succulent) plants and various shaded areas to sit. The plot of 1650 m2 is completely fenced, has a large (lockable) entrance gate, a driveway with fantastic cypress trees and on-site parking. Access to the house is good via a rustic country road.

The villa is owned by a Dutch family with adult children. Bought in December 2021 as a family home for own use, but also for rental. The villa offers enough space for a (large) family or group to have a fantastic time together during a comfortable stay.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Rental prices include VAT, gas (from May to September), electricity, water, wifi, bed linen, towels and kitchen linen.

Rental prices do not include 
  • Final cleaning at € 150 (will be deducted from the deposit)
  • Deposit of € 250 which must be paid at the time of booking
  • Tourist tax of € 2.00 per person per day (except for children under 16 years)
  • Bath towels can be rented at € 2.50 each/stay
  • Washing machine € 2.50 per wash
Special rates may be offered for rentals in the winter period for a minimum of one month (1 November to 1 April). You can request a quote and conditions with a message to the landlord.

Boa Vida is extremely suitable for wintering in the Algarve. The villa has a central heating system with radiators in every room. There is also a wood stove in the living room. Fully equipped with double glazing makes the stay very comfortable during the winter months.
