This villa on the ground floor includes hall, kitchen, living room with fireplace and dining room and a bathroom for common use and on the upper floor includes a hall, four bedrooms with sea view and a bathroom.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, hand blender, mixer and all the necessary equipment for meals.

This accommodation is fully equipped with everything you need for your holiday.

Security Deposit - We request a security deposit in the amount of €400, this amount must be paid up to 7 days before Check-In and will be refunded until the 7th day after Check-Out if the property and equipment are as they were delivered to the guests. 
Please note that these conditions do not include the possibility of bringing pets without prior authorization.
Without prior authorization, the cancellation of the reservation may be imposed.
A Municipal Tourist Tax may be charged if it is in force
