This villa was completely renovated in 2019 and beautifully decorated in a modern style. From several terraces there is a beautiful view over the port of Albufeira and the ocean beyond. The villa is located just at the beginning of Albufeira, 1.5 km from the famous Albufeira beach and the old town. The location makes it possible to enjoy lively Albufeira, but also to relax by the villa and the pool. The villa is perfect for families who want to enjoy a wonderful relaxing holiday.

From the street entrance you reach the terrace at the main entrance via 6 steps.
Entrance : spacious hall with guest toilet, football table, access to the living room, kitchen and stairs to the top.
Living room : 2 lovely sofa beds with a large flat screen TV. Access to the terrace at the front, equipped with a lovely lounge set and with a beautiful sea view. Dining table with chairs, access to the pool terrace. Access to the kitchen. Living room has air conditioning.
Kitchen : modern kitchen with electric hob, toaster, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee maker (cups), large fridge/freezer combination.
Bedroom 1 : two single beds (0.90 x 2.00) and en-suite bathroom. Air conditioning.

First floor:
Bedroom 2 : double bed (1.60 x 2.00) with en-suite bathroom, sofa bed with TV, access to private terrace with sea views. Air conditioning.
Bedroom 3 : double bed (1.60 x 2.00) with en-suite bathroom and access to a private terrace with sea views. Air conditioning.
Bedroom 4 : double bed (1.40 x 1.90) with en-suite bathroom and private terrace overlooking the pool. Air conditioning.
Bedroom 5 : single bed (0.90 x 1.90), view of the pool. Shares bathroom with bedroom 6. Air conditioning.
Bedroom 6 : 3 single beds (0.90 x 1.90), view of the pool. Shares bathroom with bedroom 5. Air conditioning. An extra bed can be placed in bedrooms 2 and 3 upon request and at an additional cost. (€50 per person per night).

Second floor : Laundry room with large washing machine for 17 kg.

Outside (front) : Ground floor terrace at the front with beautiful views over the port of Albufeira and the sea beyond. On the first floor, the bedrooms at the front both have a terrace with a beautiful view over the ocean. On the second floor there is a kind of roof terrace with a beautiful view.

Outside (rear) : Swimming pool of 9 x 4.5 meters, from 80 -160 cm, with Roman steps. There are 10 sun loungers and a parasol available around the pool. There are sufficient shaded areas. A large outdoor table with 12 or, if desired, 14 chairs. Large barbecue with a sink, water and 2 sockets. The double bedroom at the back has a private terrace with views over the Albufeira countryside.
