The villa is located just at the beginning of Albufeira, 1.5 km from the famous beach of Albufeira and the old town. The location makes it possible to enjoy the lively Albufeira, but also to relax by the villa and the pool. The villa is perfect for families who want to enjoy a wonderful relaxing holiday.

From the street entrance, you arrive at the terrace at the main entrance via 6 steps.
Entrance: spacious hall with guest toilet, football table, access to the living room, kitchen and stairs to the top.
Living room: 2 lovely sofa sofas with a large flat screen TV. Access to the terrace at the front, equipped with a lovely lounge set and with a beautiful sea view. Dining table with chairs, access to the pool terrace. Access to the kitchen. Living room is air-conditioned.
Kitchen: modern kitchen with electric hob, toaster, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee maker (cups), large fridge / freezer.
Bedroom 1: two single beds (0.90 x 2.00) and en-suite bathroom. Air conditioning.

First floor:
Bedroom 2: double bed (1.60 x 2.00) with en-suite bathroom, sofa with TV, access to private terrace with sea view. Air conditioning.
Bedroom 3: double bed (1.60 x 2.00) with bathroom en-suite and access to a private terrace with sea views. Air conditioning.
Bedroom 4: double bed (1.40 x 1.90) with bathroom en-suite and private terrace overlooking the pool. Air conditioning.
Bedroom 5: single bed (0.90 x 1.90), pool view. Shares bathroom with bedroom 6. Air conditioning.

Second floor: Laundry room with large washing machine for 17 kg.

Outside (front): Ground floor terrace at the front with beautiful views over the port of Albufeira and the sea beyond. On the first floor, the bedrooms at the front both have a terrace with stunning views over the ocean. On the second floor there is a kind of roof terrace with stunning views.

Outside (back): Swimming pool of 9 x 4.5 meters, from 80 -160 cm, with Roman steps. Around the pool there are 10 sun loungers available and a parasol. There are plenty of shaded areas. A large outdoor table with 12 or 14 chairs if desired. Large barbecue area with a sink, water and 2 sockets. The double bedroom at the back has a private terrace with views over the countryside of Albufeira.
