Nice and spacious detached holiday villa, with lots of privacy
Villa Marlique offers a heated saltwater swimming pool, a private tennis court and air conditioning, surrounded by beautiful nature, near Carvoeiro center and the beach, the villa can accommodate 2 to 6 people.

Villa Marlique is located on the east side of Carvoeiro, between Carvoeiro and Benagil. The area is rural and quiet but the beach is only a 15 to 20 minute walk away. The many cafes and restaurants of Carvoeiro can be reached within a few minutes by car.

The villa has three double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, both bathrooms with underfloor heating, sink, toilet, shower and one bathroom has a bath.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, washing machine and tumble dryer.
In the cozy living room you will find a fireplace, a TV with satellite connection (also Dutch channels), DVD player and a radio with CD player.
Both the living room and the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, which cools in the summer and heats in the winter. Free Wi-Fi is also available.
If you would like to use a camping cot and/or high chair, you can request this when booking.
The villa is cleaned regularly and the linen is changed weekly. Additional cleaning can be arranged upon request. Please indicate this in advance.

On the sunny terrace there is a swimming pool and a barbecue. The pool and garden are regularly cleaned and maintained.
Pool heating is possible at an additional cost, please request when booking. Next to the villa is a private tennis court. You can use this free of charge. You must provide your own tennis shoes with light soles, rackets and balls.
Our villa is managed by Susie and Amy. They speak English and are there for you if you need them. For example, in case of emergencies or defects in or around the house.

We are a couple with now grown children. After many years of great holidays in Marrique, we had the unique opportunity to buy this beautiful house. The house has always made us feel at home and we would like to keep that.
To guarantee our privacy, we have chosen not to appear with name and photo. Communication will therefore be provided by Mardia.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The weekly prices are based on 4 people. For a 5th or 6th person there is an extra charge of EUR 100.00 per person per week. After booking we ask for a deposit of 35% of the rent, and must be paid within 14 days. After that payment, the booking becomes final. The remaining amount must be transferred no later than 30 days before the arrival date.

Marlique Villa is located on the eastern side of Carvoeiro, between Carvoeiro and Benagil. The immediate area is rural, but the beach is within walking distance and many cafes and restaurants of Carvoeiro are within a few minutes to bereiken.Onze villa has a private pool and a tennis court. 2 There are three double bedrooms and two bathrooms with sink, toilet, shower and bath. The kitchen is very spacious and equipped with modern appliances including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven and washing machine. The living room has a fireplace, a TV with satellite connection (Dutch channels), DVD player and a radio with CD speler.Mocht want to use a cot and / or highchair, please use can easily restore your booking . The villa is cleaned five times a week. There are plenty of towels and linen is available regularly gewisseld.Op the sunny terrace is a swimming pool and barbecue. Carvoeiro is a small tourist fishing village which, unlike many other places in the Algarve, is not cluttered with tourist flats, but has retained its character. In Carvoeiro you will find many restaurants and shops. The central square is located on a beach, surrounded by rocks. Carvoeiro is approximately 5 minutes by car from Villa Marlique. Lagoa is also within a few minutes drive from our villa. On the road to Lagoa you will also find 2 large supermarkets.

If you walk from Villa Marlique via Clube Atlantico in the direction of Benagil , you will pass the small but spectacular beach 'Praia do Carvalho. Through rock cut steps you reach this beach. A little further is the beach of Benagil. Even the walk to it along the rocky coast is definitely worth the effort! By car you can quickly reach other beaches, most beautifully situated between impressive rocks. However, there are some beautiful sandy beaches as well, such as Albufeira and Quarteira (near Vilamoura).

From Villa Marlique you can make perfect car trips, for example, westward to the towns of Portimao and Lagos. Within the old city walls of Lagos you will find charming narrow streets with numerous restaurants and cafes. The view from the westernmost point of Europe, Cabo Sao Vincente is breathtaking. It is an hour's drive from Villa Marlique. Along here you pass the town of Sagres with its brewery and a number of beautiful beaches such as beach Beliche. Inland, Silves driving direction, or to the upper Monchique. From the mountains of Monchique, you have a wonderful view of the eastern Algarve, provided it's a clear day. Or visit Albufeira for a nice cocktail! If you enjoy shopping, there are a number of shopping malls in the area, such as Albufeira and Portimao. You can also visit the fashionable Vilamoure with its many golf courses and beautiful marina is also recommended. Of course you can make a day trip to Lisbon as well.
