Luxurious and spacious detached holiday villa, with heatable saltwater swimming pool, tennis court and air conditioning, surrounded by nature, near Carvoeiro and the beach, for 1-6 people.
Villa Marlique is located on the east side of Carvoeiro, between Carvoeiro and Benagil. The immediate area is rural, but the beach is within walking distance (15 to 20 minutes walk) and the many cafes and restaurants of Carvoeiro can be reached within a few minutes by car. There are three double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with sink, toilet, shower and bath (1x). The kitchen is very spacious and equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven and washing machine and dryer. The living room has a fireplace, a TV with satellite connection (also Dutch channels), DVD player and a radio with CD player. The living room and bedrooms have air conditioning and you have access to free WiFi. If you would like to use a camping bed and/or high chair, you can request this when booking. The villa is cleaned regularly (or at your request). Please indicate this in advance. The linen is changed once a week. You can now also book a meet and greet. The manager will welcome you and show you around the house.
On the sunny terrace there is a swimming pool and a barbecue. The pool and garden are regularly cleaned and maintained. Pool heating is available at an additional cost, please request when booking. There is a private tennis court next to the villa. You can use this free of charge. You must provide your own tennis shoes with a light sole, rackets and balls. Our villa is managed by a Dutch manager.
