Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Booking and Payment: Reservations are based on availability and require a down payment of 30% of the total rental rate to confirm the booking. The balance must be paid at least 90 days before arrival day. All payments can be made via bank transfer.

Security Deposit: Guests are responsible for any damages or breakages incurred during their stay. A security deposit of 300€ will be taken at check-in and returned after inspection of the property.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be communicated via email to the host. The following fees will apply:

More than 90 days before the rental period: Full refund;
Between 90 days and 30 days before the rental period: 50% of the total amount;
Less than 30 days before the rental period: 100% of the total amount
