Nice and spacious detached holiday villa, with lots of privacy
Villa Marlique offers a heated saltwater swimming pool, a private tennis court and air conditioning, surrounded by beautiful nature, near Carvoeiro center and the beach, the villa can accommodate 2 to 6 people.
Villa Marlique is located on the east side of Carvoeiro, between Carvoeiro and Benagil. The area is rural and quiet but the beach is only a 15 to 20 minute walk away. The many cafes and restaurants of Carvoeiro can be reached within a few minutes by car.
The villa has three double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, both bathrooms with underfloor heating, sink, toilet, shower and one bathroom has a bath.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, washing machine and tumble dryer.
In the cozy living room you will find a fireplace, a TV with satellite connection (also Dutch channels), DVD player and a radio with CD player.
Both the living room and the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, which cools in the summer and heats in the winter. Free Wi-Fi is also available.
If you would like to use a camping cot and/or high chair, you can request this when booking.
The villa is cleaned regularly and the linen is changed weekly. Additional cleaning can be arranged upon request. Please indicate this in advance.
On the sunny terrace there is a swimming pool and a barbecue. The pool and garden are regularly cleaned and maintained.
Pool heating is possible at an additional cost, please request when booking. Next to the villa is a private tennis court. You can use this free of charge. You must provide your own tennis shoes with light soles, rackets and balls.
Our villa is managed by Susie and Amy. They speak English and are there for you if you need them. For example, in case of emergencies or defects in or around the house.
