Villa Monte D'Oiro

The luxury villa, close to Lagos, consists of 10 rooms for up to 20 adults plus 10 children. All rooms have air conditioning and private balcony or terrace, satellite TVs (LCDs), minibar, hairdryer, telephone, safe and bathrobes. There is daily cleaning (bedrooms and bathrooms) and personal laundry service (fees apply).
A bar, with breakfast area and outdoor terrace (with BBQ), a fully equipped modern kitchen, a wine cellar and a lounge with a pool table belong to Villa Monte D'oiro. An outdoor swimming pool with jacuzzi (charges apply for heating), a sauna and fully equipped fitness room.

A landscaped garden surrounds the villa and swimming pool. Indoor parking is available for 8 vehicles and there is a charger for electric vehicles (Universal / Tesla). The immediate area offers restaurants, bars and an extensive nightlife. Golf is available at the nearby courses of Parque da Floresta, Boavista, Palmares, Penina or Morgado. Water sports include water skiing, windsurfing, sailing, diving, deep sea fishing. motor and sailboat cruises, around the marina. Alternatively we can arrange jeep safaris, horse riding, tennis, clay pigeon shooting, bowling or micro light flying.

Bedroom 1: master bedroom: 2 single beds (can be converted into a king size bed), bathroom with shower/bath and hairdryer, LCD TV, minibar, safe, air conditioning and 28m2, plus large balcony.
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (can be converted into a king size bed), en suite bathroom with shower/bath and hairdryer, LCD TV, minibar, safe, air conditioning and 21m2 area, plus a balcony.
Bedroom 3: 2 single beds (can be converted into a king size bed), private bathroom with shower/bathtub and hairdryer, LCD TV, minibar, safe, air conditioning and 21m2 area, plus a balcony.
Bedroom 4: 2 single bed (can be converted into a king size bed), bathroom with shower/bath and hairdryer, LCD TV, minibar, safe, air conditioning and 21 m2 in size, plus balcony.
Bedroom 5: 1 king size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower/bath and hairdryer, LCD TV, minibar, safe, air-conditioning and 18m2 in size, plus balcony.
Bedroom 6: 2 single beds (can be converted into a king size bed), bathroom with shower/bath and hairdryer, LCD TV, minibar, safe, air-conditioning and 22m2 in size, plus balcony.

*Some rooms offer an extra bed for a child (3-12 years old)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
This villa has a different payment schedule: 50% deposit upon making the reservation and the remaining payment is due 6 months before arrival, both payments are non-refundable.
