Quinta Joao is a charming country villa located in a quiet area far from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist attractions in Algarve. Nevertheless, located in an Algarve like you have never seen before! The villa boasts 2 hectares of land, providing plenty of space to walk around and where you will find a huge 13m x 5m heated swimming pool, an outdoor dining table and lounge, and further down the garden is a floodlit tennis court. As you walk up to the house, you will see a modern furnished house spread over 2 floors. With 4 spacious bedrooms, large living rooms with up-to-date furniture and appliances, this holiday home has plenty of charm while retaining much of the Portuguese traditional architecture. The surrounding area shows a different Algarve, nevertheless a spectacular place to stay in contact with nature, as Ria Formosa Natural Reserve stretches for 60 km long and allows us to see some wildlife, but also to spend some quality time on soft white sandy beaches almost untouched by tourism.

Ground floor: Spacious kitchen with professional gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, toaster, espresso machine, kettle and air conditioning. Living room and dining room in open space opening onto a terrace and the garden, 1 sofa bed, air conditioning and fireplace. Master bedroom with double bed 1.8 m x 2 m, equipped with air conditioning, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. 1 suite with double bed 1.4 m x 2 m, equipped with air conditioning, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. 1 bedroom with bunk beds 0.9 m x 2 m, equipped with air conditioning. The bunk bed is only suitable for children. Separate bathroom with walk-in shower. First floor: A double bedroom 1.6 m x 2 m, equipped with air conditioning and a small balcony. Outside: A private heated swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers. There is an outdoor shower, barbecue, outdoor furniture and a lighted tennis court.
