Welcome to Casa Perria

Casa Perria is a semi-detached 6-person, ground floor apartment of 120m2 in the beautiful and centrally located resort Club Golfemar in Carvoeiro.

The house has 3 double bedrooms, 2 with double box spring beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single box spring beds. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with bath, shower and toilet and the central bathroom is equipped with bath, shower, toilet and bidet.
In the fully equipped kitchen you have an electric stove, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and microwave at your disposal. A dryer is also available in the early and late season.
On the two flat screens, 1 in the living room and 1 in the master bedroom, you can follow your TV programs that you don't want to miss via Chromecast and your own app from your profider.
Each guest is provided with large and small towels for after showering and a bath towel for the beach or pool.
You can have a delicious breakfast on the partially covered terrace and enjoy the sun on the 6 wonderfully comfortable sunbeds. A movable large parasol is available for any shade.

The entire interior was renovated in the spring of 2022. The boiler for hot water, sofas, table and chairs, 1st quality box spring beds with mattresses and toppers, all linen, towels and beach towels and the outdoor furniture with sunbeds have been replaced. In addition, the entire apartment has been repainted so that it is completely new and fresh for the new season.

Casa Perria is located just a 10-minute walk from the beach and a 6-minute drive from the center of Carvoeiro.
You have access to the communal living areas, including the large, completely renovated luxury swimming pool with a separate children's pool and the restaurant located in the middle of the park.
Both the apartment and the surrounding area are very child-friendly.
There is a cot in the house.
All rooms have air conditioning.
WiFi is of course available.

Location .
Casa Perria is located on the edge of the park and accessible without stairs or other climbing, with your parking space less than 20 meters away.
The very well-maintained park is constructed from terraces and has a very open character. This gives you a beautiful view over the park to the sea from the room, the bedroom and the terrace, with sun all day. In the evening you can enjoy the impressive sunset over the sea.
The town of Lagos can even be seen in the distance.
The swimming pools and the beautiful recommended restaurant "Lighthouse" with bar, extensive terrace with lounge seats are located in the center of the park.

General .
Carvoeiro is known for its beautiful, unique rocky coast with beaches and caves. The village has many restaurants, terraces, shops and there is entertainment every evening during the summer on the central square by the sea.
From Casa Perria you can take fantastic walks over the rocks to Carvoeiro or Benagil.
There are many beautiful beaches in the area between the rocks that are easily accessible. These can be reached both on foot and by car. Boats leave from the beach in nearby Benigil for beautiful visits to the many caves.

Groceries.
A small supermarket where you can do your shopping is just a few minutes' walk away in Rocha-Brava.
The large Intermache and Aldi are only a 5-minute drive towards Lagoa.

Smoking.
This is a non-smoking residence. Not suitable for noisy partygoers and drinkers.

Accessibility.
Club Golfemar is located 61 km from Faro airport and is a 48-minute drive via the A22. The park has an open character and is easily accessible.

Golf.
The beds can be connected as 2 persons or 1 person.
This is ideal for golfers if you are looking for an apartment for 6 people.
The 9-hole Vale do Milho Golf Course is within walking distance, which is also ideal for novice golfers. For advanced golfers you will find fantastic courses in the immediate vicinity.
There are 2 golf sets available.

Overwintering.
The apartment is ideal for winter visitors because it has a wood-burning fireplace. The air conditioners can also be set to heating. Consumption will be settled afterwards after consumption.

Costs extras and bookings.

Deposit upon booking 25% of the rental price with a minimum of 250 euros.
Remaining payment of the rental price no later than 30 days before booking arrival.
Costs for cancellations up to 4 weeks of arrival, the deposit of your booking. Your booking is then final and the total amount is due.
As an extra, you can opt for an extra cleaning or an extra cleaning with a change of towels and linen.
