Casa Encantada is located on the edge of the center of Carvoeiro and is the ultimate base for your vacation. The 1 bedroom apartment is located on the first floor, is 70m2 and also has a roof terrace of 40 m2 with fantastic views over Carvoeiro. In addition, there is a balcony on 2 sides. The apartment benefits from shared use of a large communal swimming pool and garden. Of course, comfortable sunbeds are available here.

The apartment.
The apartment was almost completely redecorated in 2023 and completely refurbished in 2024. The apartment has fiber optic internet and 2 televisions, 1 with chromecast. The attractively furnished living room has a lovely sitting area that can be quickly and easily converted into a sofa bed for 1 person. The living room and bedroom are of course air-conditioned. The kitchen has an oven, a large fridge / freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, microwave and also various kitchen appliances such as juicer, coffee machine, kettle. The spacious roof terrace with all-round views has a large shade cloth, renovated lounge area, 2 comfortable sunbeds and a lovely dining area. At the front there is a balcony over the full width and the kitchen also has a balcony. Towels and bed linen are provided in large quantities and are included.

A walk of less than 5 minutes will take you to the town square and a beautiful golden sandy beach. Did you know that the beach and bay were voted the most beautiful in Europe in 2018? You will find an abundance of restaurants, cafes and eateries and live entertainment. In addition, of course, boat trips, water sports, tennis, hiking, diving, cliff walks and much more.

Carvoeiro
Carvoeiro is an old fishing village, has no discotheques and is therefore less suitable for youth holidays. In the village there are many nice restaurants, bars with live music, music on the main square, nice shops, a small supermarket and many fun holiday activities: boat trips, water sports, tennis, hiking, diving, cliff walks and much more. Carvoeiro is located in central Algarve, 40 minutes from Faro airport. Around Carvoeiro, the many beaches, cliffs and caves are a must to visit. Tip: A tour with ebike tours through Carvoeiro and along the fantastic rocky coast is unforgettable!

Casa Encantada has an interesting location to discover the Algarve : Albufeira, Loulé, Armaçao de Pera, Benagil, Silves, Monchique, Ferragudo, Portimao, Lagos, Sagres.

WINTER PACKAGE

Welcome to our site! We are Frank and Emmy Verhulsdonck. Since 2022 we have our own apartment in Carvoeiro. It is our paradise at the pearl of the Algarve. We love to come there ourselves, but we also rent it out with love and pleasure to people who want to enjoy all the beauty that the Algarve has to offer. Carvoeiro has something for everyone and our apartment is a wonderful base to enjoy it. Casa Encantada is also a very interesting option for winter visitors!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Unlimited internet, electricity, gas and water are included in the rent (except in case of long term winter stay). The use of linen, towels and bath towels is also included, For stays of a week or longer, there will be a weekly cleaning and towel change. Bed linen is changed once a week. This is also included in the rental price. This does not apply to long stay (more than 3 weeks).

If you wish to cancel the booking for any reason, you must always confirm this to us by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to us by telephone, for example).

We will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by you:
- cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge;
- cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price;
- cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price;
- cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price;

If you only announce on the start date or during the rental period that you will not make any use of the rented property, you will still owe the full rent.

We ask for a deposit of € 300 to be paid before departure. This will be refunded after inspection by TLC Property Management. Cleaning costs of € 65.00 will be calculated separately.

In winter, long stay rental is possible. Special long stay rates apply for this.
