This beautiful villa is situated in a magnificent location near the famous Praia da Marinha beach. There is an electric gate with remote control, so you can park your car(s) safely. From the villa it is only a short walk to the beach. Many customers can hardly get enough of this idyllic picture.
The view from the garden is truly astonishing. The house is surrounded by garden paths, lawns, flowerbeds, a private swimming pool, a barbque, an outdoor dining table, sunbeds, and much more... The pool with sunbeds faces south, so you can enjoy the sun all day long .

Casa Jasmin has 3 traditional en-suite bedrooms. From the hall you enter the living room with a comfortable seating area, which is equipped with air conditioning and patio doors to the garden, pool and barbecue. The living room is connected to the dining room and kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen offers you everything you need. You can also enter the garden from the kitchen. On the ground floor there are two air-conditioned en suite bedrooms (both with double beds) with sitting area and patio doors to the garden.

The first bathroom has only a shower cabin. The second bathroom has a small bath with shower and a separate shower cubicle. There is also a third room with a sofa bed. This room can be perfectly used as a bedroom, but be aware that this room does not have a door, so we recommend using this room for children.

First floor: The master bedroom with two sun terraces is located on the first floor, this room is equipped with mobile air conditioning. The bathroom has a bath with a shower and a separate shower cubicle. From the master bedroom you can also go to the garden via a beautiful staircase. The view from this room is breathtaking.
