Outdoor shower. Terrace with sun loungers and pergola, barbecue area and roof terrace to admire the sunset. The pool house has a sauna and 2 bicycles to explore the region.
Ground floor:
In the large living room, with fireplace and TV, you can enjoy the light and the view of the pine forest and the ocean. The living room has direct access to the outdoor terrace overlooking the pool.
The kitchen, fully equipped (gas stove, oven and microwave, American fridge...), opens onto an indoor dining room and two outdoor dining areas facing the pool.
A suite with queen size bed (160x200), bathroom (shower, toilet) and direct access to the terrace and pool. A suite with 2 single beds, bathroom (shower, toilet) and garden view. “Dormitory” room with 4 single beds, bathroom (shower, toilet) and direct access to the garden.
First floor:
A large suite with king size bed (180x200), bathroom (bath and toilet), private terrace overlooking the pine forest and the ocean.

Outside:
Spacious garden with complete privacy and a large, heated private swimming pool (15m x 6m), salt water. Outside shower. Sun terrace with sun loungers and sun/wind screens, great place to relax. The pool house has a sauna and there are 2 bicycles at your disposal to explore the area. Terrace with a stone barbecue and some very beautiful olive trees. You also have outside access to the blue terrace (first floor) where you can enjoy a nice glass of green wine during the sunset. Things to do in the area: beaches with water sports (surfing, kite flying, windsurfing, paddle...) , visits to Lisbon and Sesimbra, walks in the Sierra da Arrabida and Cape Espichel, 2 golf courses 30 minutes away (Aroeira golf resort and Quinta do Peru), walks or bike rides in the pine forest and much more!
