Driveway with gate
From the driveway driving a right turn if off at the house. On both sides of the driveway you will see the fruit trees.
Covered terrace with 10 seater dining table, which may be slid for 6-8 persons.
The swimming pool (5.25 x 10/25) features a stone stairs and LED lighting. The depth ranges from 1.20 to 2.20 meters. Directly adjoining a small paddling pool (50 cm. Deep). On request (additional charge) the pool can be heated.

In 2009 the garden was largely redesigned, so that the garden is now planted with a great diversity of trees, plants and shrubs, including many fruit trees, palm trees and olive trees. In 2015 the lawn was renewed and a well was dug, so that you can water every night

The tennis court (renovated in 2014) is located at the front of the house, so the tennis game does not bother the guests around the pool. The tennis court has to the rear and sides enough space to play a good game.

Bedroom 1. All bedrooms are equipped with a charcoal gray tile floor, stucco walls and ceilings, a dresser and fitted wardrobes.

Spacious landing on the 1st floor. Here is a sofa / bed (140x190 cm.) with doors to the roof terrace, and bean bag chairs and a cabinet with satellite television. Nice place for the kids to watch television.
Fourth bedroom with patio doors to the terrace. This is actually the most beautiful bedroom of the house, as you can see have a great view from the rooftop on the environment and in the distance even the sea.
3 bathroom, adjacent to bedroom 4. This bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.
Roof terrace with a fantastic view over the area, where you can even see the sea. Also a nice place to sunbathe in complete privacy. The roof terrace is accessible from both the landing and bedroom 4.

The guesthouse is located at one of the corners of the garden, which also peace and privacy. Ideal (sleep) place for parents or grandparents
