Interior
There is an anteroom/conservatory with dining area and sliding doors to the terrace. In the living room there is a cozy sitting area with TV, fireplace and another dining area. The living room also has sliding doors to the terrace. Front room and living room have air conditioning. The TV is connected to the astra satellite with Dutch channels, among others. And there is free wifi.
The spacious kitchen has modern appliances, including an induction hob, American style fridge-freezer with icecube dispenser, dishwasher, microwave and oven.
There are 4 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Each bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower, 2 of which have a rain shower. One of the four bathrooms also features a bathtub. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
The washing machine, drying rack and ironing utensils are available and are in a separate room. There are also plenty of bath and beach towels.
Exterior
The villa has a large renovated swimming pool (illuminated at night) of 6mx12m and a separate children's pool. There are comfortable sunbeds around the pool and there is a sun awning.
The garden is completely walled with an electric roller gate and offers complete privacy. On one of the terraces is a portuguese bbq with outdoor dining area under pergola.
On either side of the villa is an orchard with olive, almond, citrus, pomegranate trees, fig bushes, etc. The pool and garden are maintained weekly.
On the large balcony/terrace at the front and living room you can lounge and enjoy the beautiful view.
The local manager of the villa speaks Dutch, English, German and Portuguese.
