The living room also has sliding doors to the terrace. The front room and living room have air conditioning. The TV is connected to the Astra satellite with Dutch channels. And there is free WiFi.
The spacious kitchen has modern appliances, renovated in 2022, including an electric hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave and oven.
There are 4 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Each bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower, 2 of which have a rain shower. One of the four bathrooms also has a bath. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
The washing machine, drying rack and ironing equipment are available and located in a separate room. Furthermore, cleaning is done weekly and there are plenty of bath and beach towels.
Exterior
The villa has a large renovated swimming pool (lit at night) of 6mx12m and a separate children's pool. There are comfortable sun loungers around the pool and a sun canopy.
