Spacious apartment on the ground floor, walking distance to the promenade and pick-up point of the boats to the beach. Restaurants, bars, small supermarkets, fresh market and other facilities can be reached on foot.

The apartment has a living room with sofa (sofa bed for one person)and open, fully equipped kitchen. French doors lead out to the terrace with dining table and chairs. The stairs in the living room go upstairs where the bathroom is located and the bedroom with fitted wardrobes and extra pull-up single bed. Also on the first floor from the bedroom there is an east facing terrace with morning sun. There is air-conditioning in the living room and bedroom.

The waterfront, restaurants, bars, grocery store, and pier for the island of Cabanas are just steps away. Boats will take you to the beach on the island of Cabanas.
It is located just a few kilometres from cultural Tavira in the eastern Algarve. You can also make trips by train or bus.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The use of towels and bed linen are included in the price.
The rental price also includes the use of air conditioning and internet.

Cancellation Policy:
If, for whatever reason, the tenant has rented the leased property on the agreed
date, he must inform the landlord of this date.

must always be confirmed in writing or by email to the landlord.
If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks
before the start date of the rental period, he remains 30% of the rent
indebted; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks until the
start date of the rental period 50%.
If the tenant is not allowed to rent until the start date or during the rental period,
that it will not make any use of the leased property (anymore), remains
he owes the full rent.
