Villa Bonita is a beautiful, new villa within walking distance of the center of Carvoeiro. The distance to the square and beach of Carvoeiro is only 1 km, so you can walk there in 10 minutes. The villa itself is modernly furnished and has a well-maintained garden, heated private swimming pool, lovely lounge set, outdoor furniture, barbecue and plenty of shade.
There is also a beautiful sea view from the terrace above.

Ground floor: hall, spacious living room with open, modern kitchen. Access to the swimming pool and terrace. Underfloor heating everywhere.
Twin bedroom and a double bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom.
First floor: Bedroom with Super Kingsize bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom with Kingsize bed and en-suite bathroom.
Outside: Private swimming pool with outdoor shower, large children's pool, sun beds, lounge area, roof terrace, well-maintained garden and on-site parking.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Please note:
- Groups of young people are not allowed.
- Single-gender groups are only allowed upon request.

Flexible arrival:
Although the villa has a flexible arrival day, we cannot leave too many empty days between bookings. Always check with the team at Amarante Villas to make sure your desired dates are accepted.

The rental price includes:
- Towels and bed linen
- Pool towels
- Use of gas, water and electricity
- Interim cleaning (towel change + small cleaning) and final cleaning
- Beds made on arrival
- Use of the internet
- 1 High chair and 1 cot (on request)
-Air conditioning

The rental price does not include (mandatory extras):
- Damage insurance: €70 per week, non-refundable (damage covered up to €1,500 per booking).
- Booking fee: €35
- Tourist tax: € 112 per week

Optional to book, on request:
- Extra cot: € 25 per week
- Extra high chair: € 25 per week
- Pool heating: € 175 per week

Please note that guests who wish to use the pool heating must request this at least 1 week before arrival.
