A few minutes from the beaches of Santa Eulalia, Oura and Areias de São João.

This excellent apartment is located in the Corcovada condominium.
Very comfortable and has been tastefully decorated. It has the capacity to accommodate 4 people.
Overlooking the swimming pool, the property is fully equipped. American cuisine will be the meeting place for gourmets. The bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning and direct access to the balcony.
The living room is spacious. WIFI.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for any reason, the tenant cannot, is unwilling or unwilling to accept the rented property on the agreed date, the tenant must inform the landlord immediately. A telephone notification must always be confirmed in writing or by e-mail to the owner.

If the renter cancels the contract within the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he remains liable for 30% of the rental price; In case of cancellation up to 4 weeks, 40% and from 2 weeks until the start date of the rental period, 90%.

If the tenant only informs on the start day or during the rental period that he does not wish to use the rented property, he remains liable for the total amount of the rental.
