This beautiful spacious apartment has sea views and is conveniently located on the ground floor with a spacious terrace and garden. The apartment is located on the edge of the beautiful, peaceful Sao Rafael park, which has beautifully landscaped and well-maintained gardens and 2 spacious swimming pools.

During high season, drinks and snacks are served by the pool. The park is very conveniently located 2 km from Old Town Albufeira, 1 km from the Marina and only 300 meters from the beautiful beach of Sao Rafael. There are numerous entertainment options in the immediate area such as golf, shopping, restaurants and water sports facilities.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Rates per night. Minimum 3 nights. Included in the rate are access to swimming pool, use of all facilities available in the apartment, WIFI. Bed linen and towels are included once. Laundry and cleaning service on request and can be booked for a fee.

Rates are excluding € 95 mandatory final cleaning

No changeover day on Sunday due to lack of cleaning service.

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
  • cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
  • Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
