What makes this houseboat extra special is the spacious rooftop terrace. Via the outdoor stairs you reach your own private lookout point above the water. Here you enjoy a beautiful view over the marina, Lake Veerse and the vast Zeeland sky. This quiet harbor is known for its excellent location in the middle of the Zeeland water sports area. From the harbor you sail directly onto Lake Veerse, a paradise for water sports enthusiasts.

At the marina you can easily rent a boat to discover the many small islands, hidden beaches and cozy harbors of Lake Veerse. There are also various facilities available, such as picnic areas and recreational opportunities for young and old. Thanks to the private jetty at the houseboat, you can also bring your own boat and moor directly at the front door.

Around Lake Veerse there is something new to experience every day. Water sports enthusiasts can indulge in sailing, SUP boarding, canoeing, swimming and sport fishing. Diving enthusiasts will also find various popular diving locations and a diving school with equipment possibilities in the area.

Prefer to explore the surroundings on dry land? The area around Wolphaartsdijk offers beautiful walking and cycling routes along the water, through characteristic Zeeland villages and over green dikes with wide views.
