Especially in the evening, when the sky changes color and the harbor lights come on, it creates a cozy and romantic wellness experience.

The hot tub accommodates two people at a time, making it ideal for a relaxing moment together. While part of the group enjoys the hot tub, others can unwind on the terrace, in the comfortable living room, or by the water. This makes the houseboat perfect for families, couples, and small groups looking to enjoy extra luxury on the Mookerplas.

Even during the colder months, the hot tub is a wonderful addition. After a winter walk, a cycling trip through nature, or a refreshing dip in the Mookerplas, you can comfortably warm up in your own private hot tub. This makes your stay feel like a true waterfront holiday not only in summer, but also in autumn, winter, and spring.

Step into the cozy living room, where large windows provide plenty of natural light and stunning views over the water and the natural surroundings of the Mookerplas. The comfortable sofa invites you to relax, while the dining table is perfect for enjoying meals with a view of the water.

The houseboat accommodates up to 4 adults and 2 children. There are two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm box-spring bed and separate duvets, and a second bedroom with a practical bunk bed. Additional guests can use the comfortable sofa bed in the living room.

The compact yet fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for a carefree holiday, from an induction cooktop to a Senseo coffee machine. The modern bathroom with a glass shower cabin and hairdryer completes the accommodation.

During your stay, you can enjoy all the conveniences that make your holiday even more comfortable. Air conditioning keeps the houseboat cool on warm days, while heating creates a pleasant atmosphere when temperatures drop or during winter. Free Wi-Fi allows you to easily share your favorite holiday memories or plan your next activity in the area.

If you stay between April and November, you can use the marina’s washing machine and dryer for an additional fee. Ideal for longer stays. If you bring your own boat, you can moor it directly next to the houseboat, with a maximum size of 2.5 x 5 meters. Your car can be parked within walking distance, and luggage carts are available to help transport your belongings to the accommodation. This way, relaxation begins from the moment you arrive.

Warm up after a refreshing swim in the Mookerplas or an active day in nature in our luxurious private cube sauna, available for exclusive rental at the marina. Feel the soothing warmth relax your body and melt away the stresses of daily life. Whether you choose a summer sauna session after swimming or a cozy warm-up during the colder months, the sauna is the perfect addition to your stay and offers a wonderful wellness experience by the water.

There is something new to experience around the Mookerplas every day. Take a refreshing swim, cast a fishing line without needing a fishing license, or explore the water by luxury sloop, SUP, or kayak. From the water, you will discover the most beautiful spots of this unique nature area.

There is also plenty to enjoy on land. Explore the Mookerheide and Reichswald by E-chopper or fatbike, or head out for a walk or cycling trip through heathlands, forests, and rolling landscapes. In the tourist area of the Mookerheide, you will also find several cozy restaurants and terraces within walking distance, ideal for a relaxed lunch or dinner.

For a day of culture and shopping, Nijmegen is nearby, while the German border also offers great opportunities for day trips. Whether you are looking for adventure, nature, or relaxation, the area has something for everyone.
